	2004 saw the beginning of an information campaign which continued in July, August and September 2004 and 2005. An exhibition was set up at Laida beach and in the nearby towns and villages. Local towns and villages were also provided with a range of informational material including leaflets, comics & puzzles.

The previous year’s exhibition continued in 2005.
Guided tours were also organised to provide a first-hand view of the regeneration project. Two guides were used (tours for visitors to Laida at weekends and local schoolchildren during the week).
